• Inventory when tenants arrive and before they leave

• Make sure the property is clean before or after tenants leave

• Obtain Tenant’s signature on letter of agreement accepting full responsibility any damages caused to furniture and / or fixtures and / or fittings during his / her dwelling in the Property, adding requirements as agreed by the owner.
