PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

 

This package is perfect if you requeier someone to take care of the periodic maintenance that all houses need, we check the buildings regularly in order to program the changes needed, cleaning services in order to maintain them in good shape and working on their 100 %.

 

You will be receive friendly and personal attention from our crew.

 

o          Property Manager:

  • Pay Bills  ( Internet, Gas, Water, HOA, Taxes, etc.)

  • Inspect property monthly with reports to Owner

  • Supervise projects

  • Supervision of all maintenance needs

  • Property inventory

  • Maintain control of keys all times and provide access to the property as needed or to suppliers while keeping control over visits and of keys

  • Cordinate maid service upon request ( Extra fee)

  • Set up and supervision of routine preventive & corrective maintenance programs

  • Monthly account reports

  • Owners can access their accounts and occupancy schedule at any time.

 

 

o          Mantenance :

Routine preventive & corrective maintenance programs ( Paint, Pluming, A/C, Electricity, etc.)

 

Scheduled inspections

- Interior, exterior routine construction and maintenance supervision (as required)

- Maid, Cook and gardener or other possible Staff

- Pool maintenance and routine repairs

- Pest control / Fumigation

- Interior, exterior Painting & routine Reparations

- Interior, exterior plants

- Landscape and Trash removal

- Doors and windows

- Air conditions

- Basic plumbing, leaks, etc.

- Post storm inspection and reparation (extra cost)
