  • Process of all reservations for the property, making all the necessary arrangements for renters

  • Handle all aspects of promoting your property with third party listing sites, print ads, social media and marketing strategies

  • Monthly reports with complete detailed occupation

  • Owners can access their accounts and occupancy schedule at any time

  • Report any damage or incidents in the property by the tenants

  • Supervice Inventories

  • Guest Concierge service
